you can but you have to do it to each individual client... but they all look the same (Called Conquer.exe ) so you have to choose the right ones, and cant do the same one twice... well you can but it wont do any good lol

anyways i never thought that speed hack decreases the lag of conquer. wen i enable speed hack for other games lags like hell weird lol

Meh cant use this file.. Don't work with vista lol, I follow your steps and when i click enable speed hack, It says something like " only works with windows 2000+ " but then nthing appears underneath so i can't set the speed.

This works fine. Until you open sound files or movies with windows media player. TG goes back to normal speed with cheatengine not able to handle it. Then closing wmp will restore speed to the cut speed.

So basically don't open anything else with audio/video while doing this...
