I agree with pretty much everything on your list except for this, the durability. First of all how can you lvl anything in tc with lowered durability?. The system makes you repair it first so there is no way you can use that to your advantage. Everything else looks good though.

he means the aactual dura of the weapon like say a weapon with dura 40/40 has a higher chance then 60/60. not low dura as in when ur dura goes down after have it on..(hope that make sense)

the dura thing is true, but there IS a random generator... do u realise to make the game to give out certain tems during certain time would take forever to make.... anyway i was bouta buy this lvl 10 elite att ring then saw its dura at 60/60  WTF lol i got scared cas i wanted to up 1... but later i just bougth a super 1

IF you think lower dura = greater soc chance, then believe this:
When a met fails, there is a possibility your dura will go down (the permanent part, that is).
I'm talking if it WAS 41/41, you might find it is now at 20/40 (and 40/40 after you repair).
So if you still think if you can just get enough mets to fail and reduce the dura, you'll get a soc?
Well, then I will tell you that when it reaches 0, your item disappears, soc or not.
Also, once your dura is low, it is a pita!!!
I have a superrobe that has 24 dura, and I'm telling you got to watch that thing, I can only imagine what would happen if you had some item with a dura of 10 or 5, LOL you couldn't spend an hour hunting or lvl'ing!
So, I'm not testing the stupid CO code, thou I do agree it sux.
From a business standpoint, the game makes perfect sense, even if it sux for the players, but CO is here to make money... This I have no problem with.
But the code sure isn't efficient, it hogs a TON of resources for a lower end product that should run on an old 500mhz cpu with 64meg ram and a 16m graphics card without hitching.
I've seen this quality of online game run on a 486 before, for those who have been around.

you can repair your max dura at market and u don't necessary use fail met to lower dure (altho then it's faster)
and if you want 100% fail just use a lvl1 noob to up your item at tc...

strange, i allways hunt with some m88 at the same map....they find db's super skted items bla bla and what did i found in 2000 kills? 1 met.......i didnt have dbs and super skted items while we hunted at same map same time....explain plz

That ring was probably rbed, rbed items have the same dura as before so like a lvl 110 ring has like 68/68 when it goes back to lvl 10 it still has 68/68 until you met it up again..

GM mode is activated by switching the flag to on that flag is two lines under and 8 bytes in under your password.
The command list:
/out - no clue what it does
/end - server or event stop
/start - server or event start
/ready - no clue
/rename - assumed character rename
/res - res in the same spot or res a character, I know in TS1 it was not possible to resurrect in GM mode this is most likely a fix to that.
/znotice - zone notice

Theories... Too Many of them

There are way too many theories floating around the conquer community.
Alot of them aren't even based on any sort of fact or even an educated guess.
Before you post a theory, you should always test it out first instead of being the reason alot of new players go looking for a pot of gold under a rainbow.
I'm not trying to be rude, I would just like to see alot less people pointing others in the wrong direction based on little to no knowledge about what the reasoning would be, behind the...
