After reading a guide to play poker in school I tried the same method on conquer online and it worked. (Also working for steam and a few other games, so this can be done for multiple games not just conquer online). Likely there are multiple programs to get this done and avoid closed ports but here is one I use.
Step 1.
Download and install http tunnel from:

Note: free trial version available
Step 2.
Download and install proxifier from:
Note: free trial version available
Step 3.
Start http-tunnel.
Go to: Options - Configure firewall
Take the option, No proxy, only a Firewall.
Click test and click ok a few times.
This window will close and the program will start running.
Step 4.
Start Proxifier.
(If you don't see it open it will be minimized and between the icons next to your clock.)
Go to: Options - Proxy settings.
Click add and fill in:
Code:
Adress: 127.0.0.1 Port: 1080 Protocol SOCKS Version 5.
Step 5.
Go to: Proxification rules.
You will have 2 options to choose from:
- Process All except the following + manually profixied
This will put all connections through the proxifier
- Process Only the following + manually profixied
This will put only the added rules through the proxifier, i will be using this option.
Underneath you will have the rules:
You can uncheck or remove the Loopback rules, we won't be needing this.
Click add and and give the rule a name (exemple conquer online)
Now under applications we want to add the conquer online .exe files who want to connect the the internet. I have added all the .exe files that are in the co folder (if you think you can leave some out you can try this but it won't hurt to add em all in)
Leave ip ranges and port ranges to what it is. Now click ok and make sure it is checked.
Step 6.
Close profixier and http tunnel.
Reopen the programs starting with http tunnel, when that is up and running open proxifier.
You can now open conquer online.
I hope you liked this guide and if it helped you don't be scared to hit the thanks button. This is my first contribution to the forum and i hope to add more. Any tips on how to make my guide bether will be appriciated if it is told in a constructive way.
