The times may vary on servers, but on Eagle it's the same as you said. Idk when titan spawns, but I think usually when they spawn it's around the 4 corners of the clock. (ex. either on the hour, :15, :30, or :45) at least that's how it is on eagle, every time I've seen the message pop up it's been around there. Today when I killed gano it was at :15. no exp pot though.

now on kylin they spawn every hour and 15 minutes
i mean it spawns on 1:15 then on 2:15 like that and titan spawns just after a minute gano spawns
