ya it does but ive found out that it dropes en when u kill em fast. otherwise they dont drop...............means u need a strong char:P

Not true. Many times I've let a noobish friend kill it, taking a long time to kill and they got it. Im a rb 125 archer,decent gear..I kill it fast and rarely get it -.-
