there's a file in Config folder called "monster.ini", this file decide which mobs to attack by !ahunt, so if you want to attack specific mobs, make a backup of the file, then edit it by Notepad or sp, delete other mobs and keep the ones you want, save and start CID and CO.
honestly, I didn't try to do that, if you can try and tell us, that'll be so great
