Choosing the right profession - if your new to conquer and you dont know what profession to get, i suggest Archer. Though it`s a expensive profession considered by some, because of the money spent on arrows i guess, it`s also the only profession that could earn money to fastest, not to mention leveling as well.
Getting started - Level one. Go to the teleporter and click Bird Island, then go to the Birdman and find a team, join a archer that could 1-2 hit the Birdman. You wouldn`t want to join a archer that take forever to kill it, because your not going to level the way u expect. While your getting PLVLED, grab those golds on the ground or even those Ref/Uni/Elit/Super items if you know what i mean. Be in the team until your like level 70, i would guess that the leader will kick you NEways after your 70 as they wont gain Vitual Points. By then i supposed that you should have at least 300k - 400k of golds. If your not kicked, stay in the team, and train your scatter as well, the spawn there is so damn big, your scatter will fixed in no time. As you level, your exp will start to suck. Buy a few bunch of arrows and Hp pots and spam your scatter at the birdman.
Making money - dont just rush your levels, you need to earn money too. After your lvl 70, go to Ape City to the min macauqes and hunt for meteors. You should be able to 1-2 them by now, try to hunt at least 1-2 meteor scrolls a day. In the meantime, open some noobs and join your team, you will gain hella lots of VP if you have 4 noobs open. But you would need a working multi client in order to that. After hunting, you will have enough VP to go inside LAB to train yourself.
Inside Labs - u need at least 1500 vp or something like guess, make sure you get full packs of arrows and some Hp pots. Or even double exp pots, you can hunt them at Ape city, Titan. Go to the lab 1 spawn and level there until 110.
Aint NEmore a noob - when your 110, your not considered a noob. This when your conquer life will get interesting. If you play long hours a day like me, i suggest you should set a imaginary timetable. The only place that you will spent your conquer life most often will be at Bird Island. Hunt, Level there, open 4 noobs and join your team while your hunting, change to VPs into exp at the end of the day. Get God Blessing so that you can offline tg, or even tg offnight if you can afford to leave your computer on. Here`s what i ususally do when i`m 110 at that time. I have 6 conquer on everyday, 4 noobs account, 1 on my main, and another a marketer selling stuff. If you computer spects can allow more conquer, you might want to open some extra noobs account at mining cave to dig for some super rare gems. The noobs you plvl should have a water tao, the rest you can delete and create noobs again.
Level 120 - when you reach lvl 120, you should be able to kill the Birdman within a few hits, you wont have to open any more noobs account to join your team as some newbies will join you. But you need to plvl your water tao, Get some rainbow gears for it. The meteors you hunt all along, you shouldn`t sell all, keep some for socketing the gears at twin city. Remember that it`s pure luck so dont expect to get a socket everytime you do it. I spent my whole conquer life at Bird Island when i was 110-130. If you hunt at the birdman for the whole day, you will be able to get 20 or more meteors, a few thousands of vp, and a bunch of elite stuff if your lucky.
By now you should have at least a super 2 socket bow with sdg or rdg. Keep on hunting till you got full super sockets. It really take a few months to get to that, But i remember i took about 3 months from lvl 1-130. After you achieve that, it`s time to get socket gears for your water tao to start farming. This will eventually be your source of income in conquer. Then and so on and so forth, you will be able to make your main account. Tro - War - Fire or something like that.
