Also keep in mind that when conquer starts up it loads not one but 4 "conquer.exe" in one, could this be considered a multi-client and what they are banning innocent people for, its possible.
First you will need process explorer which I have noticed a few of you already have, if you havn't got it already Download here
Unzip process explorer and open it, its like task manager except more advanced.
Now what you will need to do is find conquer in the list. Once you find conquer double click on it to open the thread menu. If you do this as you first start conquer you will find 4 conquers, two of them close themselves eventually but you can close them yourself by clicking the kill button in the threads menu.
One of those conquer.exe will eat 100% of your cpu if you give it enough time, but if your fast enough you can find it and kill it right away. Kill all 3 of the fake conquers, as I said the real conquer is first on the list when first started (if you kill the real conquer.exe the game will just close out), it may take a few tries to get used to it and know whats real and fake.
When you first run conquer the real conquer.exe will be the first one the list taking the most cpu which is about 3-12pct (may vary from pc to pc).
This imitation conquer was known as tqwea.dll that caused so many problems before but it seems they changed the name to throw some people off. At least from process explorers thread menu anyways. Well good luck people and have a good non laggy conquer.
This is not an edit but a fix, edits would be permanent, you will have to do this every time you open conquer. I wasnt gonna post anything on this subject but I have been disrespected by tq so thats my reason for all this.
