ok i'm quite computer efficient, but i've been reading the posts on this thread, for 2 days now and i cant get it to work..soo...at the risk of sounding like a noob, i can login, i get all the graphic mods, however i cant run any of the features, i've tried, the standard typing the comands in the chat (whisper) i've tried using some of the known "triggers (such as for cyclone, create and disband a team) but i cant get anything to work... and suggestions?
BTW i'm running vista premium, i got vb express, and J# express for vista, and the .net already comes with it, now i the ones that i got didnt specificly say what runtime environment they were, but they were the only ones that i could find

P.S. i love the mini map and little graphical changes XD

u mean the one that stats "IF FOR SOME REASON THE SERVER.DAT GIVES A ERROR OR YOU CANT GET CHAT COMMANDS TO WORK" thats near the bottom of Queen_Of_Evil's original post? ya i tried that one, w/ the 2exe's... ya that was one of the 1st things i did because i put the wrong server ip in the server.ini and didnt know why i couldnt connect... :/

Here is a small guide

Instructions For Noobs
1. Extract all files to conquer folder.
2. Install .NET Framework 2.0 and J# 2 And its Service Packs.
3. Edit You Server.dat and change your server IP to 127.0.2.1 Ex: Change
Server5=Titan
Ip5=216.93.174.65
Port5=9958
ServerName5=Titan
HintWord5=
Pic5=servericon76
to
Server5=Titan
Ip5=127.0.2.1
Port5=9958
ServerName5=Titan
HintWord5=
Pic5=servericon76
4. Run the proxy
5. Enter the edited server
6. Enter all the commands you like

I'm sure this will help all people who can't get proxy to work btw on first page there is a FAQ if 127.0.2.1 didn't work it's writen in orange on 1st post at the bottom

Still no good.
I really, really wanna play this, and I really hate looking like a noob.
I have tried everything I can think of, I edited the server, with all the IPs suggested in orange. I have everything installed. I log into my server, BabyIcey, and it logs in fine. But I get no commands working. I mean, I got the patch even, at the first page that says it fixes that problem. I REALLY WANNA USE THIS!! Can someone maybe write a batch file that will set it all up for me like the old ProProxy used to have? That'd be hot. But if not, then there must be something I am doing wrong. I can't figure it out.

everytime i load up the venom program it says encountered an error anyone have an idea to why thats happening

You have to download and install everything on the front page. If you did that all correctly, then it should run fine. Oh, and there is a "patch" for it at the first page, at the bottom. That apparently corrects some miniscule errors. Try it.

You want to try the BabyIcey login in MYTHS group not Celebrities for ligin in with Proxy ^^

Works perfectly!! although autohunt trys to attack guards... any way to fix??
