I have had some problems with the D button. It usually crash's the conquer i have selected and sometimes makes the rest unresponsive also. Is this supposed to take you to the loggon screen?
Keep up the good work!!!

Well I'm sure the moderators had their reasons for the new unpinned tread system.
In my personal opinion it was a bad idea, many important and innovative treads are now buried in the general noob **** and this leaves myself and many other developers with little or no incentive to continue our work. As for myself I will no longer continue developing my projects at this point since its now a waste of time. Thanks to all of of you who supported my work in the past.

I will get the projects going again as soon as I can, I'm not gonna let TQ defeat me like that.
I'm just a little disappointed by the lack of enthusiasm show by the community and the mess that TQ has made of the gameplay.

Im sorry joek, ive been so very busy with college that I simply tg my characters. I woulda been very supportive however, higher education is much more important than a game, even if I simply tg my chars :P sorry about that
I feel you should keep it up too, if I knew anything about programming yet I would help. soon I'll have my associates, and be working on my bachelor's degree in programming.

Your right Rorrim real life does take priority, I wasn't referring to the old timers like yourself anyway I'm just jacked off at what the game has become now thanks to TQ they have pretty much ruined it.
I don't have much time to play either due to real life commitments and when I do have the time I find CO is becoming a less and less attractive place to spend it in.
However for old times sake I will continue to keep my stuff going and I may even add a new feature from time to time.

yeah, some of us old timers lost the co sparkle in our eyes. we realize that its a craptacular game but there is still just enough challenge to keep our interest up to play it in our free time, or just tg and hope you can one day rule your server.. Oh yeah, giving ya karma cause ya cool

Its mostly working just haven't had time to to do the DMA stuff(HP, INV slot1),
but you can plug in the temp mem addresses that CE gives you.
Added the feature to notify on whisper and messages (that should **** off the anti-botters)

<s>hey joek, seems to be a mistake here. take a look at it on xp pro sp2 256 meg ram.</s>
Edit:
Im testing it on my laptop real quick, has vista. anyhow, I am EST, and I ensured that it was the current version of m8 that you uploaded,
*double checks*
Awe man! I noticed that it was the 1.0.2 version just now.
Let me double check that...woops, my bad I clicked the wrong rar nuts.
LMAO i feel silly. I think I better go through my downloads and remove all the old ones.
Well, I was on the phone when I got the call, they were side by side and I guess I wasnt paying proper attention.
false alarm.

hey Joek, it would be great if you could figgre out how to remove effects upon command like cobo does. Oh yeah, and the ctrl+d is taken by cobo's drop command, which still works.

but on another note, I found a minor bug.
the Disconnect doesnt work well and causes the m8 to quit monitoring for a few seconds. IDK if its from zone alarm or what but i tried it and it didnt do a thing. On vista it quits responding for a few minutes too

I just wanted to get the basics up for a start.
Not too concerned with the minor bits at the moment, since TQ will probably release another update in the next few days as they screwed up the heap control structures for msvcrt and when they do all the mem locations may well change again.
Hey TQ take a hint..."small-block heap", sheesh you guys really need to test your code before you public release it.
This release was just another example to show what a bunch of amateurs you are.
ROFLMAO I really shouldn't feed the trolls should I, oh well, waits for the flames.
