Bout yes and no, yes we don`t have the correct rights to do it, something that is quite understandable as we are a big team, if every mod could give bans, it would have been a mess, at least two mods have been banned this year as they broke our rules or abused there powers, but no we have no issues getting you banned if you brake our rules ^.^, we can give infras, 3 infras = a ban, we just have to have a gmod do it for us .
Penalty for posting malware is permanent ban.
