I used to use this trick all the time before the days when TQ came along and patched the TC so theres no more pking (unless you use the RB Bug).
I figured i would explain this since the bug is kinda worthless now since the speed hacks came along and the TC fix.
Goto options and select 2 hotkey's like my fave to do is Sit & Wave.
I'll attach Sit to A and Wave to S.
Then what you do is in a quick motion hit A and S (or whatever keys you set) fast, i say do it about 10 times pretty quickly, and watch your ping sky rocket.
now heres how i used to do it in TC.
someone would be sittin by the warehouse, i (at the time was a level 111 archer), would load IR, set it up for kill then i would click the furniture npc so the message would come up. I would then do the bug and get about 10k ping (don't go any higher!) and i would right click the noob, and quickly click the message from the furniture NPC to go in, when your ping catches up, i saw the beginning of the IR, and i landed in the furniture store and with the message that i had killed the noob i was after.
So try it out in TC attackin patrol's or somethin i dunno.. but someone can prob find a use for this somehow lol
