Yeah, because the patch contained a new itemtype.dat. And OF COURSE you can't see the quality neither on the ground nor in your inventory, because the data is read from the same file.

still don't work with scripvessel V 1.23 =/ , i have my own version for work with scriptvessel , but it isn't work with cotobo , and i dunno how i can edit for make work with cotobo

DIY: Download Hex editor(few examples...):
1. Hex editor 3,12 free to try...
2. Free Hex editor 3,12 free
then instal (duh..)
then open Conquer.exe, press ctrl + f, find with these
