hey it`s works only for lvl and karma and money but it dont put you strength..agility and other stats so you can use better wepons and armor

And no you cant change stats with it, even IF you would be unable to wear high lvl weapons...

i WOULD make a newer Version wich allows to change the stat points but to many noobs flammed this thread allready..
