One thing ive noticed. When upping the quality after you rb a item level it up once. After you RB the item still has 40/40 dura or 70/70 dura ect ect and it will not up the quality. If you level it once it will drop down in dura and then you can up the quality easier.
well yea today i failed 4 dballs on a lvl 30 eli ring.. cmon thats a little crazy, and ive failed 4 be4 on a elite bs to but the bs ws 70 so kinda expected, and i failed 1 on a lvl 15 elite club.... i guess i have no luck

Whyd you spam so many with the money used to buy DB's you cud have easily bought the items instead.... pfffttt.. nubs.... very stupid....
well i dont know about you guys but i have an archer in celebrity server (ryee) and i used a db on lvl 87 archer armor and it went from elite to super 1 soc ^^ so eather im lucky or i did somthing eather way i was pritty happy

STEPS:
1. Lower your max Dura to 25 (EXAMPLE: 25/X.. X=25)
**NOTE**~ To do this you must get hit by a monster such as a king until your dura goes to 0/40. Once the dura hits 0, repair the item and the max dura should lower. Do this several times until the max dura is 25. Also the max dura won't always lower the same times down, such as it may go to 32 then 25.

1: get a high lvl -5 item or a high lvl soc wep/item (must be high lvl or it doesnt work)
2: make sure the dura is 1-0 if not u gotta wear it down (but dont let it break >.>)
3:if u have a 2nd rb start lucky time and repair it if not just wait till a 2nd rb starts his lucky time in market, tc, ext...
4: repeat this process over n over and the quality will eventually go up
