You need Visual C# & Visual Basic .NET, and, you have to buy this one from microsoft.com or some other Online Stores...
i think the normal price of VB .NET Standard is about 150 Dollar and the same for VC#..
but im not sore about the prices, maybe try it at ebay...

Hi i wonder if someone could give me some assistance, i am new to this and just using this for learning purposes nothing major but i am stuck at this point (see attached pic) and cant find a way past, the directory is made, i have changed the folders permissions for the user, tried using a normal user account and admin account on windows xp with sp2, can anyone give me some guidence please?
right click on every folder and subfolder and be sure no one is write protected (sometimes Windows XP does this automatical) and then Share the folders in Local Network. Then try it again, it should work now..
Hi, thanks, yeah i had tried that before but it diddnt work, but now seem's my pc is acting weird, in an act of desperation after running out of ideas i denied access to modify, write ect to that directory on my account and now it work's fine, lol. Weird!!!
Yeah, this is a common problem. You can remedy this by giving the user "postgres" (in windows, or whatever user you have the postgres service running on) read and write permissions to the folder (this is not in file sharing permissions, but in the security tab). Once you do this, you need to restart the postgres service. You should then be able to create the tablespace.
