Effect removal Hack

This hack is built for Conquer Online 1.0, won't work with 2.0 due to new effects. You can download it at read me quoted below

Installation:

Most likely if your reading this it is already installed, but any how.
First you need to place effect_removal_hack.exe in your Conquer Online folder. After that you
need to run it. After that... OH WOW IT IS INSTALLED!

Running:

Simply run effect_patch.bat and restart your client, all effects will not happen on the cliet.
You will hear the sound of the effect, but you won't see the effect.

I'll help most only through the threads that I've (MrTeenie) have posted it in. Or if I
ever add a tech support part on the web portal which may come later on.

all you have to do is run the .bat file that the installer places in your ini folder... reffer to the readme :P

nice work tho... but whats the point on doing this?, is this for slow pcs? or is it any improvement on the speed like speed hack posted down there?

It helps in tg, like old server tgs have mass amount of people, no effects=less lag.

zooming down and disabling all chats also helps to not dc

or you know.. you could use the multihack and simply press "hide"

when doing that it simply lags me out, dced me after about a minute of using hide, and it wasent just that one time it did it constantly when i tried to hide

I would simply do that, but it dcs you after about 1 min, like the guy above said.
