This tool is purposely made to hide Conquer Online Window. But then, I decided to just allow it to hide any window visible on your screen. This can also be useful when watching ****. Good Luck
PS. This is made through AutoIT, so some anti-virus might detect this as false-positive.

Historically people use programs like this to run the client at work or school to keep people from seeing it running. They then check it when they can to check their botting progress.
Remote desktop would be a better solution and be less likely to get you fired/expelled
