There is a way to do that, I made a program like this before it made everything disappear or i should say it made nothing appear, 1 jmp patch where the memory for UID's gets assigned, anyway back then i looked in the code it ran this piece of code everytime a player/mob/npc was found on ur screen with the UID of the player/mob/npc look some deeper into it and you could make it block certain people/npc's/mobs or just toggle it all off

(dont remember what patch it was for, do have the memory address tho lol which was 004D76F2 :P)

I went to update the address for you:

004D77C2 /75 10 JNZ SHORT Conquer.004D77D4
change that 1 to a jmp and everything will be gone, but put a breakpoint on it and follow the code a bit so u can see where the UID's get passed on that way u could block certain NPC's or mobs or players because the UID is hold into ESI

i'll look into that thx... the way i made this program is COMPLETELY different and more simplified... in fact, it's only 3 lines long XD... but like i said i'll deffinately take look at that to see if i can do it a different, better way

This would make ur program in 2 lines 
1) declare WriteProcessMemory
2) execute it
But point I was trying to make was thats where memory gets assigned for the UID's 
(also with olly could patch that so it would always use a static region  )
For example could just not create players but do create the NPC's, Im sure with the player 'list' this is easy achieved

It would be nice to see this updated, as it doesn't work for the newer patches, you should create one for private servers lol, great work on this though.

i didn't realize there was any interest in this program still... so i kind of abandoned it... but both of ur posts led me to revive the program... and add a new extremely useful function, speedhack/zoomhack... enjoy ^_^

to respond to this... yes it is possible, but you can't achieve what you're looking for through my methods... u'd have to look somewhere else if u wanna find how to do that

As i read somewhere, you found it out while adding something to coordinate's memory, right?
Personaly, i didn't worked with memory at all yet, but i hope i'll learn it somehow. Can you share that hidding part of program code?
If you don't want or can't share, just give me few hints how to do it. I'll try it when i'll have some free time.
