CP Hack Tools -Working with Patch 5097

CP Hack tools is a new CP hack that can help you turn silver into CPs.
i put a limit so u dont over exceed.
this is how this works for the people who gonna say its a "fake"
this program doesnt buy dbs, it exchanges it.
what it does:
*connects to (CO Server) and copies the DB script (made by me) and sends the packets to the Co DB Server, and it sends DBs and (default) it bans if u get dbs, so i made the program turn the DBs to CPs so you can get away of the Auto-Ban.
