Detecting +1's without having to pick them up.
Alright. Well, title basically says it. I also have a question at the end
Okay, well, it's simple really. Mentor yourself on another char, then open the claim menu, after ever 1 - 2 scatters or so, look at the +1 stone claim menu, when it goes up by .01, pick up all the items around you. Done.
Anyways, wouldn't that mean it's not determined on the PICK UP, it's already a +1 when it's on the ground?
Explain

yes the 0.1 pct shows even if u didn't pick up the item s yes this way u can determine if there are +1s around you but .... u need to kill the monster that drops it if u dont kill it it wont show up and i think it takes a long time to scatter and look if the pct is up or not and so on .... much easier just to pick em up lol...

In response to your question, yes the server determines whether it is a +1 or not upon dropping the item, however the client is not given the +n data untill it is picked up.

for anyone that want to try@
find 2 identical items, same color, level..etc
with 1 of the has the +1 option
drop 1 of them in an empty area
and cheatengine the text
copy the asm codings for maybe few lines after that memory address
then do the same thing with the second item
compare those lines, and u will understand why it cant be determined by cliend sided
(or u might find something new)
on the other hand, it is quite easy to make a bot that detects the 0.1% increase and nodify user

kupidon & Robyxx@
read my message again, it hint out why it could not be detected through ur client
plus, even if it can detect, so far no one can develop a memory base bot (u type a name or item and the bot can pickup), is there?
so either way, its impossible for now
if u are referring to the detect increase % method, its easy, u can make it urself or request on my tailor-made thread

here's a thought.. get that +1 claim value into a program and have it alert you upon increase.. have that as a temporary thing, next step would be to track the appearing of items in the program, and have it maybe popup with an alphablended (semi-transparent) window infront of the game with a list of the item names that appeared within 0.5 to 1 second of the increase?

Detecting Keyloggers
The worst nightmare of every botter is a hidden keylogger in his/her brand new bot because we don't want to lose our char we have invested so much time and work into. So how do we detect such filthy little bastards
in our software?
This is the tutorial's topic so go on reading.
Some theory
A keylogger is a tool that logs the user's input. Most of them save the input in a file and forward it to the bad guy so he can skim through it and look for suspicious looking...
