ive doin this quest and doin good but with the latest patch 5097, u cant drop the ref letter anymore

if you have vip you can also fill your inventory up i put all my items on my seller and that made my market ware house tc and dc and bi wh's all open i soced my fan and tower in 9 trips XD good luck

u can't trade the letter and now u drop the letter it will disappear
so this method is patched

Hey, i can't drop the letter, Like it drops okay, but i can't see it on my other high lvl char,

7. take this letter to Coach Lin in Phoenix Castle.
8. Coach Lin will ask you some in-game questions. If you answer correctly, he will give you a refined weapon.
9. After u finish talking to coach lin.. U got all the ref item
10. Soc it ur Talisman (Fan and Tower) If u got full inventory with Ref item minus the PC and TC scroll thats 38 ref items that 190 points in progress. SO, if u do it in a week or less you could 2 soc your talisman(Fan and Tower) for free
