luck ****, its governed by an algorythm and is therefore predictable. However i do not have the desire to figure out the variables =P...

if someone game cammed like 10 weeks worth of lotto footage inside the lotto area, then databased it, and then did the same thing across other servers... probably someone could figure it out. there is probably a patteren - one box at 12:12 another at 12:20 etc...

either way, i've not got the time, energy, or desire to figue it out =P

well, the same thing is with lotery... the only difference is this: in lotery the luck factor is bigger only for the db buyers...just try to observ the history of the winnings....

Yeah I've noticed that one of my chars makes sckst in like 100 mets and the others i cnat make a sckt for ****. and one of my taos gets DBs from squama and the others never.

i believe every item has a dispense rate to evenly distribute items.

if you play for long periods of time everyday, over a few months, you will notice an even amount of items are dispensed into the server.
IE: exemption tokens, gourds, +6 stones, etc....

it HAS TO BE regulated otherwise the entire market would fill up with garments and gourds and they wouldnt be rare anymore....

but this definately works... i see it everyday in my server at the right time my screen fills

ok so heres what you do thats won me tons of stuff won 4 dbs in a row with 10 lotto enters along with a +8 poleaxe ok so here we go


steps

1)get money(ofcourse)
2)you need 2 get all -1% gear or better i found lower lvl better buy all gear i mean (hat, necky,ring,armour,2 hand wep unless u wana pay for 2 -1% weps,boots ,non-gourd,non-garment)ps i figured out more -% is like more % for better items
3) w8 tell 12:00 exsactly(ps have enought money on u for 10 enters)
then enter pick top red box the 1 closes 2 the place u enter

4) while in the lotto place dont move no matter what
5)then after pick exit as fast as possiblen make sure your exit before it turns to 12:01
6)when u exit dont move because it brakes luck
7)then w8 tell 12:10 n repeat steps 1-6 all while not moveing
8)then w8 tell 12:20 n do again what i mean enter once only every 10 min
9) remeber dont move cause if u have all -1% gear thats 1 form hat 1 from necky 1 from ring 1 from armour 1 from botts n 2 from a 2 hand wep or 2 from haveing 2 1 hand weps so in total thats 7% first time u enter n if u dont move next time u enter it will 14% better then next time its 21% u know what i mean so if u do all 10 its 70% better chance of getting good stuff remeber enter at 12:00 n exit at 12:00 so u have 2 be fast then then u take a 10 min brake without moveing and eneter at 12:10 n exit at 12:10

ok well i tried this and it doesnt work i had full -1 gear on my tro and this didnt work i wasted a whole db on expball, exppot (3), +1 stone, disguise amulet, moneybox4, +1 stone bag, +2 stone(2)
