What you can do is adding proxy support.
Method I'm using is same as I posted here: (Contains a proxy list as well, not sure if they are dead proxies.)
So how does it work?
You write the URL of the registration page.
You write the username prefix's, which it should create accounts from.
Then you make the regex of the httpheader, a good idea is downloading the addon for firefox to get the http headers.
You can then enjoy the 2 Pac music from youtube and fap to the picture while it's creating accounts.

It's not obfuscated, so you can use a reflector and take a look at it, improve it or do whatever you want.
