How to run this program?? It says no response from server??

I've never used this program before, and while it seems straight forward in its application, I am having some issues getting it to work. When I start KiBox, either before or after starting Conquer, a error window pops up with the words "Unable to read response from the server". I got this error both when I had the exe in the Conquer folder, and the Ini folder. Do I have it in the wrong location? or....what? Really, help me out here

KiBox is very old and now dead. He shut down the KiBox server months ago -.-.. don't bump old stuff ^^
