It works with winRAR, try extracting it out of the folder though, and then run it.

bro... i uninstalled winrar....... i re download the toolbox and framework... it say "the publisher connot be verified" and it ask " do you want to run this program?"

how do i do that?? when i right click...... and click "Run as" there is choices how to run program... and i choose administrator... but it requires password.

Enter your accounts password for it, lol.
Also, it might help, if you turn User account control off.
What you do, go to Control Panel, click user Accounts, and then there's a User account control button, or something like that (Im not on vista atm), Click disable. It requires restart.

thanks for ur help man i appreciate it.... i learned sumthing though... but it still not working it keep saying " there is no services available" it seems theyr not letting me use it... but i thank you bro.... i guess i have to use the old hacks...
