First of all, I have no idea what server your playing on, but your one lucky mofo if half of the people named ahmed speaked english, there are MAYBE 3 or 4 people that I know, that are egyptian and speak fluent english (to the point where its understandable). And no, they dont act like humans, they pk you whenever the hell they feel like it, for absolutely no reason. And nobobdy NEEDS the proxy, its just nice to have, like an example is, i use a private speedhack, do i need it? No, but it saves me time. And you dont have to learn and understand the people around the **** world to play a COMPLETELY american game. Its an american game, therefore people who speak english should play it, and if you dont, then dont play, simple as that.

I used to be a mod here, and not only that there is another section for CO dev.s or at least there was, and in there is a guide on how to decrypt the packets. Don't know if that helps or not, but if you can get in there you can probably get that guide and go from there, Though, it may not be word for word anymore as I'm sure they've changed the encryption keys.

Yeah, It's been a while, went through a bunch of ****, gained a lot of debt, got mugged which ended up in my face being stitched up, car died a couple times, moved to antoher state and just recently started a new job. I don't want pity, but I figured I'd give my reason for disapearing. Guess there was a rumor going around that I had died. That's not the case Though, it looks like the hacking scene dried up for CO. Guess I'll have to take the reigns back ^.~
