loz soz i did not think to look for it lol
but either way i figured out how to get multi working with it
1. Google, download, and install "hex editor workshop".
2. Right click on Conquer (with the capital C) in your Conquer 2.0 folder.
3. Click on hex edit option provided.
4. Click the edit option on the hex editor page.
5. Change the first thing to "text string".
6. For value type in Fps:%d
7. Under options check "match case" in the squares and check "either" in the circles.
8. Under direction check "up" in the circles.
9. Click "ok".
10. From that point Click scroll page up 3 times.
11. Look on the right hand side of the screen find "000E476C".
12. Then directly across from that on the far right in the jumbled typing you will see "japanese ....english..."
13. Type "chinese" over the top of "English".
14. Now you sould have multi with your proxy works for me
sorry for the freaking list lol but wanna make it simple as possible going step by step lol.
if it does not work try typing "chinese" over top of "english" the first string you come to as mentioned in direction numbers 5-9. that may just make your game clock dissapear lol so test it out .
