Admitadly this can be a little lenghthy but all ya gotta do is except the quest you dont want (most people want the one with hawkings at the end) if its not the one you want drop the item.. delete your acc , restore your acc on website and voila he will offer another quest this trick can be used for a large variety of things (post just below me states FREE DIVORCE) if only that worked in real life haha...

why dont u just drop the item and he says wait till tomorrow presss ok and talk to him again. and do it over and over untill u get the quest :P worked for me goodluck

I think somewhere in the forum, someone suggested del acct for free divorce, the only problem is that there is a limit to the number of times u can restore ur del acct. Has that limitation been lifted?
