No one else was there. But I do know the correct time for db devil now. The island that it spawns on is random.

It spawns at 9:30am server time the day after maint. Then 12 hours after it was kilt. The times in this thread are totally wrong.

theres a npc at the top right island (in the top right cornor). that teleport you to a new set of islands (once again go top right island) to find your exit.

Only waterlord got 200 potency, but stay away from DBDevil he sting like mad (if DBDevil got potency its hidden, but i doubt it hes easyer than waterlord, except for the nasty bite).
