Is there a way to edit Monster.dat for it to be big. I've been trying and found the devil and it was still small. Is it the same as meteor doves and server side?

Yeah..I'm killing it now My archer almost has 20 dbs Just look for the one that does a 1/10th of the damage and is physical...

dragonball devil 05/24/2008 - Conquer Online 2 - 2 Replies hey guys i was wondering if anyone knew the db devil spawn times for galaxy-saturn because i tried out one that i saw on here and it was 6 hours after server maintanance and i wen there 6 hours after it went down and stayed till 6 hours after it goes back up and even longer and didnt find anything and people have been talking about it being at different times for different servers. will thank anyone who provides good info.
