The site hasn't been down at all. Check if you can reach the site through a web proxy such as

Maybe you have us blocked, or other way around, we have you blocked though can't see why we would.

Hmmm, It's working today... how odd. I was mid-way through purchase/installation yesterday when I lost connection to the site (cancelling my download) and wasn't able to resolve the address for the next 10ish hours.

All good now though. Strange.

I also got problems too.Using a proxy to browse the site , it works , but with my IP it doesnt.
Seems like I had to reset my modem's settings in order to get it fixed
