ummm....
all u ppl who say this is paused...
have u tryed F11??
in instructions on first page.

Edit: hmm, didnt work for me either...
i have Photoshop CS2
i got the color co-ords of the red health bar.
it was the same as the one i was given as default.
still, when i hit F11, it says paused or running up in the top left corner.
the only problem is that it doesnt do anything!
help pls

guys, I don't even think about to trojan/keylog you in any way, no idea why theres a viral warning, but you can try it by urself, just code something with autoit, compile it and scan it.

You should see the same warnings.
btw. perhaps the av's doesn't like the auto-key-pressing feature, the script have to lock at the pressed keys to start the functions.
