if you truly believe there are guides and tutorial on making such complex pieces of software it means, for short, you have no idea what you are talking about and the fact that you asked that question formulated in that manner tells me that you will never have any idea.

3. someone knows how to make a bot..
it's weeks/months of work cracking a new antibot system, imagine how much work goes into making a bot from scratch. If one would be capable of making a bot he would just make it if he would be interested in making it (tho it's not such a wide niche)

now look how many faults in one short sentence.. to summarize an answer:

The above is the closest you will get to a guide on how to write your own bot and its not complete, however it'll be enough to get you started.

I know that some 7/8 years ago a bunch of people who knew very little about programming joined a community and started out asking questions. They are now some of the most important and most influential people in this section who have contributed the most to this section.

you know as well as i do, just by reading his post, that he will not go far. If you don't you are naive or have little experience with people.

I`m a good salesman, team builder and project coordinator. And I`m great at reading people. To do that you need to know how to look for greatness in the smallest of details, and I know from experience that this man will never achieve it.
You on the other hand could go far, but you should temper down your smugness a bit. I say this in the most professional way possible, if you keep clinging to pushing forward this point of view you have now and simply dismiss everyone around just because they are not you, you will top yourself short.
