Okay, I have Chrome2 (I cannot find the link for Chrome3 anywhere). I cannot access the chrome forum or website. I have tried the settings using Google's DNS and I still cannot get access to either the website or the Chrome2 app. The website will not load and Chrome fails to connect to the update server... even with the changes and a completely disabled firewall.

1 page back you can find a post of mine with both Chrome versions installers posted.

You won't be able to open Chrome website without Chrome running in the same time.

Did you open the client through chrome or by running conquer directly? You CANNOT run any clients directly while chrome is running or you will be instantly banned/restricted.

You must login to chrome, have it tell you everything is working and then open a client through the bot itself in order to manually play.

Edit got it

i have problems downloading chrome can any one upload me chrome 2 file full ?

when i try to download by the installer it says unable to negotiate the update server
and when i choose conquer path and click download i get don't send error any help...

You don't have the requirements installed.
I can make dbs. I can't say if you will be able to.
