You must have the bot open in order to access the site. This has been done to prevent DDoS attacks.

Donn can you help me?? I want to install chrome but when i run the installer it say's "Unable to negotiate with the update server" what can i do? i turn off the win firewall....

Did that, as well as disabling the live protection on my antivirus and it still gives me that error message. Which version of Chrome should I be using?

Chrome2 is obsolete, and will be soon deprecated. You're always advised to use Chrome3, if you can meet the requirements (Windows 7/2008 R2, VC++ 2012 library, .Net 4.5).

I've tested, once again, both installers. Absolutely no issues here, so the problems are on your end. Try using Google's DNS, maybe will fix your issue. Definitely something is blocking Chrome installer on your end.
