I managed to install it remains for me to test it, I expect to do it because there is an update, thanks you Donn for help.
And i have a question, I can ban me if I use a personal no cheat with the official software, bypassing chrome3?

i installed the first requriment but net frame work 4.5 it says to me when i try to install:
Blocking Issues:

The .NET Framework 4.5 is not supported on this operating system.



Warnings:

Setup may not run properly, because the Windows Modules Installer Service is not available on this computer.


what should i do ?

Get a real computer then try running chrome. XP is a fossil and microsoft will not support it anymore with .net upgrades so your SOL and nobody that runs xp should be botting anyway with a peice of shit computer like that you will only become a annoying liability later whining about issues.

I do believe chrome2 still installs and runs on your old garbage pc maybe you should try reading the thread closer and you would see the link for chrome2 for people like you still trying to get away with running 20 year old software.
