Their stance (and I agree with it) is that if people are not going to calmly and legibly ask for help, then they do not deserve it.

They have a very large number of reference posts on how to setup the bot as well as FAQ's to answer questions. If you go into the chat room and ask a legitimate question then they are more than happy to help you.

The only time I saw them kick, mute or act rude towards anyone was when they DEMANDED that mod/admins fix something (generally that wasn't even broken), were continually asking the same question (answered or not, wait for your response) or had zero clue what they were talking about (and when people asked them to clarify/suggested possible questions they had, they just said the same thing continually).

If people aren't willing to help themselves then they are not worth the effort imo.

9 of 10 botters aren't willing to learn and help themselves and always jump in shoutbox/chatroom and ask for someone (mods,devs) to show them how to use the bot using remote assistance (teamviewer) or to fix their problems.

Its a business, people complain to businesses like this all the time, the difference being that when they do it to Apple because their iPhone is playing up, Apple doesn't remotely disable their iPhone, Apple apologises and does everything in their power to fix the problem.

The difference being that Apple knows that Customer Service means that you offer a Service to your Customers, not that their Customers have access to this service provided they arnt retards. Silent appears to have missed the memo that his job is to help the customers no matter what, not insult them.

Chrome is working now. There are still a few tweaks to be made to it and compensation time will be given out once everything is working flawlessly.

But again, it`s hunting properly, trading properly, leveling fine, no restrictions. Just a few tweaks to be made.

It does not surprise me chrome is not working for you..
1. What you have posted there we have debated on our forum and in chat a zillion times. Most likely something is blocking your connection to the auth server (fw/av/isp). Again, this info has been debated on our forum in more then one thread..
2. Your english is horrible. "I have off conquer". I sometimes wonder how some people will survive in this world..
3. You failed to use the CHROME community for support. No one here can help you, this is just an advertisement thread. If you need help with chrome use chrome's community (forum or built-in chat)

Yes, i lose my temper sometimes when I am asked crap over and over again and I have to write it for the 1424123 time when I have already written it on the forum at least 1424123 times. And you should consider the fact that maybe i`m not just customer support, ey?

If you loose your temper then you shouldn't be dealing with the public its as simple as that, if you worked for a legit company doing customer support you would have been sacked immediately for your behaviour lol.

I am surprised to find someone who effectively works as a customer services assistant for a business, is rude and indecent to that businesses customers. You might not see it as a job for a business but that's what it is, and you are basically harming that businesses profits and giving it a bad image.

nah, actually i pulled chrome up when i joined the community, but, again you are talking out of your ass since you have no first hand experience around there..

1. As a salesman you need to read a lot about the human mind and about body language, and I did my homework.
2. I am not the one that said that the first impression matter. Let me refresh your memory: You are the one judging me from what other people talk, when I have invited you to talk directly to me about my person in order to make an accurate picture of who and what I am.
