Depends on what your looking for.. This is my own brief opinion on the three. You can find out more by visiting their forums as thats what they are made for. Your needs may differ from mine, so before you make a decision buy a cheap subs to all 3 and check them out to see what works best for you. With any of the bots you can make killer gains once you understand what you are doing.
Chrome - Requires a little more scripting knowledge than CoAI but with that being said it's not very difficult to learn and there is even a whole list of commands that Steve took the time to make

Also you can find scripts that have been released that will get you up and running making killer gains right away. Whenever the bot goes down it is the fastest to get back up and running (Steve is a badass programmer) and on the rare occasion it ever goes down you always get your days back (This rarely ever happens. I can only recall 2 times in months that the bots been down for more than a few days.) Pretty simple GUI, levels fast and will get you on the road to riches once you understand how to use it properly. You don't have to be very smart to make 10-15 dbs atleast a day. You can run as many accounts as your pc/pcs on your network + vps can handle (obviously it also depends on how fast your internet is. No use running 300 accounts if you get dced every other minute since you have to be logged on for like 14minutes before stuff drops due to tqs antibot.)
CoAI - Most expensive. Simpler second to CoGen but requires a script for basically everything you do. Lots of numbers and has the sloppiest GUI of all imo. You can run up to 66 accounts depending on the subs you purchase. (Something I personally wish Chrome would adopt.) Once TQ makes a patch and the bots go down, it is usually up very fast. I only used this bot for less than a week, so I cannot in good conscience give you a biased review.
CoGen - The most simplistic to use. Can run as many accounts as your CPU can handle; catch is CoGen no longer supports Clientless. However I was still able to efficiently run 20 chars without problems. The reason why I stopped using it is because whenever there is a significant patch, or update on TQ CoGen is the last one to ever get back to up and running. Being down anywhere from 2-30+ days is simply not efficient botting.
