yes, this program can not work in background/minimized
but at least u can control mouse and click whatever u want inside the client

Big Probs on vista_x64...
-no minimized, always pop up in forground
-dont use xp skills and heal on melee
-hotkeys not working
-and at least he dont attack all the mobs on his path

tried with admin mode and compatibility mode but nothing changed...
