DMA Help :( Flashing Firmware Error

Hi, I have an issue I hope you can solve.

My DMA Bundle landed 2 days ago but I am having issues setting it up. I’ve downloaded all the drivers and I have compiled free firmware from github into a .bin file using vivado. (Ufrisk's PCI Leech)

I first installed the 100T Card into my Main PC, then I connected the data port into my second PC & proceeded to successfully install the "CH341PAR" driver on the second PC. I then connect the USB-C cable into the J-Tag port and tried installing the firmware but it seems to have failed. I have attached a screenshot below.

I have tried asking for support off DMA suppliers in their discord servers but they're not very helpful, even after paying for help - my support ticket still remains unanswered.

I have a 100T XC7A Card with a Dichen D60 Fuser. If anyone can assist me, it will be appreciated.

You need to be connected to the jtag port when installing the driver on 2nd pc, also very important, the flash tool folder gotta be on the 2nd pc’s desktop when flashing the fw, good luck

I tried asking maybe 5 server's for help and Blurred were the only ones who actually helped. Love them ngl
