Just buy firmware from a reputable source and you値l most likely avoid being affected. The risks still exist, but they should be lower, considering they値l most likely start with low quality/free firmware.

Activision is notoriously lazy when it comes to going after cheaters, so even if they do start targeting DMA, I’d expect them to take the easiest route first and implement a library ban on free firmware. As long as you’re using something like ~$40 basic firmware from Rie or another generic firmware seller, you’d be fine. And if you’re using premium firmware, you have virtually nothing to worry about.
That said, with Ricochet, the sheer number of guides available for building your own firmware, combined with how capable AI has become, there’s really no reason to spend money on basic firmware from anyone. If you’re only looking for basic firmware, just build your own.
Is it true DMA is next up for detection
A lot of people in discord servers are saying that
Figured someone may have knowledge before I spend my money
Yeah pretty much, i’d avoid spending insane amounts like my dumb *** has, if anything get a kit for under 200 $ and that’s it but forget about 100t cards or 4k fusers, oled monitors, just keep it simple.
Your conversation is interesting. I'm switching to DMA, and since you are so experienced, can you advise me if it's the right choice at the moment and which firmware I should use? Thanks a lot.

EPVP Thread:
Is the Cyber-Basic fw still safe for using with Ricochet? I noticed that you no longer offer it under that name on your site.

You don't need paid firmware for COD. You can use free firmware unless you have ~$50 to spare and simply don't want to make your own, which is extremely easy.
I have a friend who knows virtually nothing about computers who recently made his own firmware for COD using Codex and a guide. If he can figure it out, pretty much anyone can, lol.
People have been saying dma is next since it went more public. Seems to always be pushed by people selling 1pc cheats.
I don't think its to scare anyone off though, I'm DMA and I have always thought DMA was next on the list too. Seems like they keep delaying whatever plans they have (if they even have plans).
Its only a matter of time until they do something, whether or not that's a banwave (unlikely) or a simple rate limit on PCIE devices like Javelin does (probable, that way you don't even need to really detect firmwares)... but then again, this is COD. Its possible nothing will happen for a looong time lol

Nobody knows if there are plans but that hasn't stopped people from saying it is happening next week. The only people pushing that idea are just pushing FUD to sell their own product. The fact that it becomes a discussion at all where people aren't sure if it is legit, means it is working to scare people.

Exactly. My issue is only with the idea that will be a banwave similar to 1PC solutions and that is somehow right around the corner like those people actually know.
【new DMA】Are you ready? The next generation of DMA is coming soon. 01/01/2024 - Escape from Tarkov Trading - 6 Replies Starting from 2021, we noticed that many DMA users were dissatisfied with the performance of the current DMA. As a result, we carried out optimization and upgrades to the DMA.
After eight rounds of modifications, we have finally created a version that can be used by regular users. It has also passed initial testing with favorable results. The current test results are very promising, with a performance that is more than twice that of all DMA products currently available on the market, and...
