Pretty sure you can have silent aim on DMA, nothing is preventing the devs from writing to memory just because its hardware based. Lots of DMA cheats for Escape from Tarkov are full on rage hacks but still require DMA, they have speedhacks, silent aim, everything, etc... However, that would defeat the purpose of having DMA if its writing to memory.
In the COD scene though? No, no one does that for DMA.
