Aimmaster is detected and operates in a deceptive manner

I have a BO6 account (Level 55, Prestige 7) that has never been shadow banned. It has full Camo unlocked.

I used Kernaim cheats for one month without encountering any issues. On May 12th, my Kernaim subscription expired, so I looked for another provider to try out.

On May 13th, 2025, I purchased a key from Aimmaster.
They offered both a Spoofer and a Cheat. I contacted them to inquire about my system status, disclosing that I had previous accounts permanently banned and shadow banned. I asked whether I should use the Spoofer to clean the system. They asked which platforms I used, and I responded that I used all of them (Xbox, Bnet, Steam). They then sent me a Spoofer file to run, without providing any further advice or warnings.

Two hours after running the Spoofer, my account was permanently banned.

I contacted Aimmaster for support and was told that the ban happened because the Spoofer does not support Xbox.
I requested a refund, arguing that the account was banned due to their tool not functioning properly.

First response: They claimed that the Spoofer doesn’t support Xbox and that the ban was expected.
WTF? Where was this mentioned? I checked the website and reviewed our chat history three times—nowhere did it say Xbox was not supported.

Second response: They said my PC had a history of bans and shadow bans, so my HWID was already flagged.
WTF? I used Kernaim for an entire month without a single problem. Even on May 14th, I tested by creating a new account, and it worked just fine => My PC is clearly not HWID banned.

I’ve previously used: EngineOwning, SystemCheats, Advanced, and Kernaim — all of them worked well, with solid tools and excellent customer service.
But I’m extremely disappointed with Aimmaster. They refuse to take responsibility and are deceptive in their practices.

I dont know what to tell you man. Some Epvp Soldiers will come at this Post and say the Proof isn't enough and delete your Post probably. Many people had issues with them but all Posts got deleted by Epvp staff for "not enough proof"

If it is of any consolation, Game pass is hard as fuc. to spoof upon, i gave up on inifinite not for getting banned but because i ended up reinstalling the game every ******* time i used the spoofer on it, on Bnet it works fantastic, so just stopped using it altogether for the time being.
You should know if you are HWID banned or not, if not using spoofers will only increase chances of a perma or SB.
I don´t think asking for refunds is the right thing to do, you had a bad experinece move on and never go back, i am just hoping you only got the 1 week and not a month.

spoofing means spoofing hardware serials, how possibly can't you make it to work for gamepass, then you're not spoofing but direct using an anti cheat blocker which is a huge red flag to me, aimmaster is known in hiding their detections and more ****, be honest, they cry new accs only complain and now again he gonna cry it's fake or some ****, he is caught now and can't defend this AGAIN, this provider is really a meme to themselfs now

Never used aimmaster and never will, only has negative reviews here, blame fake accounts while they seem to forgot that new users exists too

He literally cropped screenshots to not show what actually happened and you didn't even ask for full ticket transcript but jump on trash talking. Then ask why mods remove posts and threads like this. Because people clearly just try to rage bait. But since you are little low with IQ probably not worth explaining so I will just post whole ticket without cropping and full story. Your brain needs to work hard to realize some things.

Try reported.lol use it daily for cod on game pass and is my go to for nearly all eac games too, no issues

if you used Kernaim for month before why did you need spoofer? if you could play then its not HWID and spoofer is not needed

also it might be delay ban have you tried on other account with and without spoofer?

Ok thx good to know, right now not using any on gamepass, counting on crooked to stay undetected, wouldn’t use it until strictly necessary, paying 40$ a month for spoofer is a bit crazy imo, if there were no other option then i guess i’d go for it. Thx again for the feedback
