The way pSilent is achieved in COD means it will only be found in rage providers as its not a legit feature, you will have to look into the rage cheats like Zenith but I'm not sure if they even support MW3.
Hypervision.gg, can't go wrong with them and you get both bops6 & mw3 in one sub. Great aimbot with buttery smooth esp, can't really say anything about security cause it's a fairly new product but so far no detections

Don't use Zenith, I investigated and they've already had 5 ban waves in 1 month. As for 2019 with pSilent, I think 'gamerb0t' has it:

It does say 'local silent aim' so I really am not sure if its pSilent or not then. I know their cold war cheat is pSilent.

I will try GB for Cold War, but MW2019 it's client-side silent, unfortunately. Is Zenith DTC in MW3? I heard CoD has a habit of neglecting older titles with AC updates once the new game rolls out and if possible regardless of status would you be able to provide me a place to look into it?
