This may be a stupid question. Does cod flag your monitor, keyboard and mouse when you get permabanned?

Nope, they do not HWID ban peripherals atm

No, just use sickkservices hwid unban or sync and ur good to go.

You got answers above, I can only now recommend our permanent spoofer if you are looking for one. No windows reinstall or game reinstall needed.
Simply 1 button and its done, nothing else.

Recently me and a few of my friends have had our alt accounts banned/suspended for numerous reasons.. One for one shotting ony : ), then another for speed hacking. We were basically just screwing around to try out third party hacks. When the accounts were banned we all thought what if we Reported our old accounts after a few days for something like Verbal abuse. We had players of our guild report the old accounts for abuse and the unactivated accounts went from permaban to a few day suspension....
