Pointless to argue about this really. The cheat itself was undetected for 3 years straight, yes. During that period of time there was hiccups with optional features (UnlockAll + Spoofer) that were labeled as risky and to never use on your main account or an account you care about.
I would say that when the first unlockall banwave hit AA in Verdansk, then yeah you could 'sorta' classify that as a detection since there was no warning about it being a risky feature. This was the first time anyone had ever added it into a P2C so there was no label on the feature, no one knew how Activision would respond to such a feature.
Still though, at the end of the day a cheat 'detection' usually refers to the cheat itself being injected and causing a ban, even if you don't enable a risky feature'. IMO it's really silly to say a cheat was 'detected' because a feature that was labeled as risky got detected.
That's like saying all cheats got detected in CS because VACLive started to automatically ban anyone who used Anti-Aim, when not everyone is rage cheating. The cheat itself is still undetected.
