I think you may have misunderstood my post.
Applecheats developed their own in-house cheats through their personal developer, which they then sold to resellers via a reseller panel. This panel allowed resellers to order a customized loader, making it appear different from Applecheats.
Many providers are owned by a single person who then hires a developer. A prime example is EngineOwning—they were owned by several individuals and they employ developers who work exclusively for EO. This setup doesn’t make them resellers. They would only be considered resellers if they purchased cheats from a source like PhantomOverlay and then paid Zebleer to rebrand a loader with EO branding.
