Unlikely, since it will be pretty hard for them to enforce the judgment / transferring of the domain. Unless EO decides to completely close up, the court will add additional fines that will accumulate for as long as EO continues business.
The court ultimately ruled in favor of Activision because EO didn't respond (they would've lost either way), which is most likely because they (EO) know it will be extremely hard for a U.S. court to impose the judgment.
Edit: I should clarify that I'm not entirely sure about the transferring of the domain, as the law in that area is complex and based on a variety of factors, such as the registrar's jurisdiction, Tonga's law (.to), and registrar compliance. For example, if EO purchased their name from a U.S.-based domain name registrar, the court will be allowed to notify and force said registrar into compliance. If it's not a U.S.-based registrar, it will depend entirely on international cooperation, which, for example, a Russia-based registrar would tell the U.S. to go fuck themselves.

And yet you have little of it, so it's not working out too well for you
(Edit: I've been called mean recently, so for clarification, I'm joking with you).

It is understandable that providers are scared, but with EO is the lawsuit useless since they're legit targeting the wrong members for the past 2-3 years, I have seen many staff leaving and joining the team, in the lawsuit they're even mentioning a coder who left 2017 XD, i'm not sure but i bet he was underage as well in 2017, EO was ran by underages back in the days
With the new owner everything went anonymously and still is

Was thinking the exact same thing, not just IW, also X22 and others, weird claims such as that activision knows where the coder lives and stuff like that, crazy , maybe excuses cause they knew they weren’t gonna be able to keep up with ricochet updates?
I’ll give this one to EO by miles, this is how a pair of huge ***** should hang, IW, X22 etc, take note of how an alpha male behaves, **** activision, let them keep on chasing thin air, dumb *****

I wonder if you're that stupid or what. In the case of Gator, X22, GG,IW,(maybe)Mobius, they knew who was behind it and different state laws. EO no, that's why they continue and don't care about Activision
