It doesn't make a difference if it's radar only, esp only, or packaged. It's still the same risk.
Typically, the only time you're at risk is when buying a cheat with a spoofer and-or unlocker combo, but the ban is often feature related, so if you don't use them, you're fine (not always the case but sometimes).
There are a lot of solid cheats. I personally use PhantomOverlay on my main account. I also recommend it as Zebleer is very security aware.
You can also checkout Proofcore, AA, Aimex, and Systemcheats.
If you're using alts / rage accounts, you can use providers such as EO, Cobalt, SW, etc.
